Central Location and Helpful Service

The staff helped us quickly after we had left our phone. They shipped the mobile phone without delay. The hotel's location is near the city center. I appreciated the convenience of buying food at the self-service option out of hours.

The rooms felt a bit small. There also was no water in the room.

The room had a comfortable bed and adequate space. It included a work desk and a chair for business travellers. The lighting was sufficient for reading at night, I am grateful.

The breakfast included a variety of fresh bread. There was a good selection of cheese and cold cuts. Coffee and tea were available throughout the morning, as I found out.

a satisfactory stay overall

central location transport links breakfast inclusion lack of transparency

the hotel is centrally located, close to many transport links. plenty of options for food and drinks were nearby. the room was simple and clean (i liked that).

i booked two rooms, each for two people, and breakfast was included in my reservation. upon arrival, i was told we were only entitled to one breakfast per room. i felt this lacked transparency.

The location suited my needs well , being just outside the main tourist area.

I found the bathroom to be small . It was hard to even turn around in that space.
