The staff helped us quickly after we had left our phone. They shipped the mobile phone without delay. The hotel's location is near the city center. I appreciated the convenience of buying food at the self-service option out of hours.

The rooms felt a bit small. There also was no water in the room.

The room had a comfortable bed and adequate space. It included a work desk and a chair for business travellers. The lighting was sufficient for reading at night, I am grateful.

the hotel is centrally located, close to many transport links. plenty of options for food and drinks were nearby. the room was simple and clean (i liked that).

i booked two rooms, each for two people, and breakfast was included in my reservation. upon arrival, i was told we were only entitled to one breakfast per room. i felt this lacked transparency.
